✳ INGREDIENTS ✳ ▪︎ 250gr of cooked chickpeas. ▪︎ 50gr hazelnut flour. ▪︎ 50gr oat flour. ▪︎ 1/2 glass of soy beverage. ▪︎ 8 pitted dates. ▪︎ 1/2 vanilla bean. ▪︎ 1 85% dark chocolate bar.

✳ HOW IS IT DONE? ✳ We hydrate the dates 15 minutes in boiling water. Drain. In a food processor add all the ingredients except the chocolate, grind well until a dough is obtained. Chop half a bar of chocolate chips, reserve the other half bar to paint the doughnuts. Mix the dough with the chocolate chips and fill our donut mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 25 minutes. Remove and let stand 30 minutes before unmolding. When it is cool, unmold, melt the chocolate and paint our donuts. Put them in the fridge for 1 hour to let the chocolate harden. And enjoy them!🤤
