Zucchini, carrot, cauliflower and cheese cakes

Ingredients: - 1 large carrot - 1/4 raw cauliflower - 1 zucchini - Grated cheese - 1 egg and 1 egg white - 80 gr chickpea flour - 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs - Spices to taste, I put: salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, turmeric, oregano and basil.

Grate and drain the carrot, cauliflower and peeled zucchini.

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180º with heat up and down, although the times will depend on each oven.
