Pasta with creamy broccoli sauce

Cut the broccoli and zucchini and boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes or until soft.

We put the pasta to boil, and meanwhile, we put the boiled vegetables with a handful of mozzarella cheese in the glass to beat it. Add a couple of spoonfuls of EVOO, salt, pepper, oregano and blend well. If we see that it is a little thick we can add water from the cooking of the pasta or from the previous boiling.

Serve the sauce with the pasta with a handful of mozzarella and alfalfa sprouts. And... enjoy! 😋👏🏻
