Mash the chickpeas with half a glass of water until a paste is obtained.

Chop the onion and carrots and a clove of garlic as small as possible and mix in a bowl with the yeast and spices to taste (I used salt, pepper and fresh parsley).

Add the chickpea paste to the bowl and mix everything together, incorporating chickpea flour as you mix so that the dough is not so pasty.

Let the dough rest for half an hour

Make small balls and place on the baking tray. Flatten the balls a little and bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes at 180° (depending on the oven).

After the time was up, I turned them over and let them cook for another 7 minutes.
