In a frying pan with oil, brown the diced onion. Add the minced meat and the diced egg.

Add the whole wheat flour and stir for a few minutes. Pour the milk little by little, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper.

Make a separate béchamel sauce, put oil in a frying pan, add the flour, cook for a few minutes and add the milk little by little, and season again with salt and pepper.

Fill the cannelloni with the mixture of bechamel sauce and minced meat. In the tray put a first layer of bechamel sauce, then the cannelloni, the rest of the bechamel sauce on top and finally grated cheese.
