Since it is a small quantity, you can work directly with the blender beaker.

Peel the ripe banana and cut it into thick slices, pour it into the blender jar.

Cover it with the milk (you can use oat, soy, rice or cow's milk) of your choice and introduce the mixer.

Add the rest of the ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Introduce the mixer again and mix well, it must be a completely homogeneous dough without any lumps.

I added the vanilla flavoring in step 4, but if you are going to use cinnamon and you are going to make pancakes for several people and some of them don't want cinnamon, don't add it to the mixture and pour a little bit over the pancake batter in the next step.

Put the electric griddle to heat or the frying pan on the fire, greased. With the help of a saucepan, pour the batter over the hot pan and this would be the moment to add that pinch of ground cinnamon if you want to have different versions of pancakes.

When you see that bubbles begin to appear on the surface and the sides of the dough are toasted, it is time to turn it over with a spatula. Leave it for a few more minutes and remove it.
