Spread the tomato and more grated mozzarella on the surface. Distribute the rest of the chopped ingredients, except the fresh mozzarella and some bacon cubes. Roll up lengthwise, pressing it carefully. Cut the rolls about 3 cm long and place them on the lined baking tray.

Add a little bacon and the crumbled fresh mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with spices to taste.
