In a bowl mix the gluten with the spices. Add the soy sauce and stir while adding the water.

When all the ingredients are integrated, knead the mixture a little and let the dough rest for about 10 minutes with a damp cloth on top.

Boil the water in a pot and add the seitan ball. Lower the heat and cook for about 40'.

Let the seitan cool a little and it is ready. We can use it as we like (baked, grilled, in stews, hamburgers, etc.).
