Boil the rice, or take leftover rice from another day and mix with a dash of soy sauce. Pour into a bowl.

Add your favorite toppings. I have added carrot slices, cherrys, avocado, edamame that come frozen in Mercadona, diced mango.... I usually use fresh tuna or salmon marinated in soy, but I didn't have it on hand and I used canned tuna, reserving the olive oil to make the sauce.

Make a sauce with the tuna oil, a little salt, two tablespoons of Greek or natural yogurt and a piece of mango to give it a different flavor.

Pour the sauce on top and garnish with wakame seaweed and sesame seeds.
