Soak the dates in hot water and soften the butter a little in the microwave.

Beat the eggs. Add the previously crushed dates with a little of their water.

Dry mix the flours, ground almonds, cinnamon and baking powder. Add and beat again until smooth.

Add the butter and the two tablespoons of milk. Finally add the lemon zest and juice. Mix everything well!

Pour the mixture into previously greased muffin tins and place in the oven heated to 200° for the first 10'. Lower to 180° and bake 10' more.
