Put the arugula, the galmesan, a pinch of pepper, the garlic and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a blender, with a little water from cooking the pasta, and blend it all together.

Serve with the pasta as a base and the pesto sauce on top. We can decorate with some pine nuts and a little more grated galsmesan.
