Preheat the oven to 200°. Put a drizzle of oil on a baking tray. Add the potatoes cut in half moons, the onion cut in moons, the bell pepper strips and the tomatoes in half moons. Salt to taste.

Bake in oven at 200° 30 minutes

Add the sea bass cut into fillets, salt to taste, and cook for 10 minutes more. Meanwhile, cut the garlic into slices and brown them in a frying pan with a little oil. Add the fish stock and chopped parsley, and let it reduce 2-3 minutes.
