✳ INGREDIENTS ✳ *for the cream: ▪︎ 2 frozen bananas. ▪︎ 100ml soy beverage. ▪︎ 100gr of peeled pistachios. *for the pistachio candy: ▪︎ 10 pitted dates. ▪︎ 50gr peeled pistachios. *for the topping: ▪︎ 1 tablet of 85% dark chocolate. ▪︎ Chopped pistachios.

✳ HOW IS IT DONE? ✳ Soak the pistachios the night before. First we make the caramel, hydrate the dates 15 minutes in boiling water and when the time has passed we grind them with the pistachios until we obtain a cream. Set aside. We make the cream, crush the frozen bananas, the soy beverage and the pistachios. Fill our mold with a layer of cream, in the center a layer of caramel and finish with another layer of cream. Put the sticks and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Melt the chocolate and dip our ice cream, sprinkle pistachios on top so that they stick together, put the ice cream back in the freezer for about 15 minutes so that the chocolate hardens well and they are ready to enjoy.
