First we cook the rice. Then we chop the 2 garlic and add it to a frying pan with a little butter over medium heat, and brown the garlic. Once they are golden brown, add the well-drained rice and sauté with a little pepper. And set aside.

For the chicken curry: We take an onion and cut it into thin strips. Then we take a frying pan and add a little bit of oil and we poach the onion over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips and add a pinch of salt to the chicken. Once the onion is poached, add the chicken we have cut into strips to the same pan and let it sauté all together.

While it is sautéing, we take the 2 tomatoes (with skin) and beat them very well in the blender. Once everything is sautéed, add to the pan 2 tablespoons of curry, half a tablespoon of cumin, one tablespoon of turmeric and a pinch of pepper and stir.

Then add to the pan the tomatoes that we had beaten, stir and let the tomatoes fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Then we add the can of coconut milk to all our mixture. We put the fire to medium (I put it to 6 and the maximum of my fire is 9). And let it cook covered for about 20 minutes, but stirring it from time to time.

Once these 20 minutes have passed, it would be ready!!! (it is important that it is 20 minutes to integrate everything well and reduce the sauce). We put some rice previously sautéed, and chicken curry and eat!!!😊👏🏻😍😋😋
