⚠️ -It is important that we respect the order of the steps. Cook the rice in plenty of salted water (like pasta) and drain.

Sauté the garlic with the chicken breast pieces until golden brown. *The chicken can be replaced by shrimp or tofu!

Break the egg and stir quickly with the other ingredients. Try not to let it turn white and add the chopped carrot.

Then add the soy, salt and curry. Stir well.

Add the cooked rice and mix well. Add the chopped onion and tomato (do not heat them too much, it gives it a lot of freshness!) 🖤TIP: Accompany it with a little lime, cucumber, chives and dried chili, the mixture is spectacular 😋
