Rice with pork tenderloin and broccoli

Pour a tablespoon of olive oil in a pot, add a finely chopped garlic and brown it. Add the rice and stir for a couple of minutes. Add 2 cups of hot water and let it cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, if you see that it is still hard add a little more water. Let it rest

Finely chop the garlic and the onion into strips. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets.

Add a couple of tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic and onion. When browned add the broccoli and let it brown for a couple of minutes over medium heat.

Cut the pork loin into strips and add it to the pan with the broccoli and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

Add about two tablespoons of the rice and the soy sauce, and stir all the ingredients together to get all the flavor.

A minute later add the rest of the rice and mix well. Sauté for a couple of minutes more and voila!
