Meanwhile, place the hake fillets in a separate bowl and cook for 5 minutes in the microwave.

Crumble the microwaved hake and add it to the bowl with the garlic, onion and carrot.

Add the beaten egg and the two tablespoons of chickpea flour to the mixture. Stir everything together. This step is very important so that all the ingredients are well integrated.

Preheat the oven to about 200°. In the meantime, take the desired amount for each burger with a moistened hand and shape it. I recommend a thickness of about 2 centimeters so that they cook well.
