✳ INGREDIENTS ✳ *for the base: ▪︎ 50gr almonds. ▪︎ 50gr of tiger nut pulp. ▪︎ 2 tbsp chia seeds + 4 tbsp water. *for the cream: ▪︎ 300ml horchata. ▪︎ 100gr rice flour. ▪︎ 100gr tofu.

✳ HOW IS IT DONE? ✳ For the base, hydrate the chia for about 15 minutes and grind with the other ingredients, put the mixture on a mold and bake 10 minutes at 180°. Remove and set aside. For the cream, grind all the ingredients and add on the base once removed from the oven, put everything back in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180°. Remove and let cool for 1 hour to unmold, put in the fridge for a couple of hours so that it is cool and ready to eat. 😋
