Cook the textured soy or vegan meat with seasonings to taste (I especially like hot paprika, salt and garlic powder).

We chop the lettuce and tomato; at the same time we cook the beans.

Then, put all the ingredients in the center of the tortilla, fold it in the same way as the taco bell crunchy wrap and put it in the frying pan, browning both sides.
