Baked sweet potato with chicken burger

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, wash the sweet potato very well and prick it with a fork in several places.

Wrap the sweet potato with parchment paper or aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes or until soft. The baking time depends on the size of the sweet potato.

Meanwhile we season the minced meat with spices to taste. I add salt, garlic, onion, parsley, black pepper and oregano. Wet your hands with a little water and assemble the hamburger. Grilled and ready.

When the sweet potato is ready, take it out carefully and eat it as it is, although I like to cut it in half and add a handful of grated cheese (it melts quickly).

Serve with salad or alone and bon apetit 😋🍠.
