Put the egg, banana, oatmeal and milk in the blender 🥛 Mix it all together.

In a frying pan put a little butter or a few drops of oil and let the pancakes cook over medium heat. Remember to flip them over.

Add the toppings of your choice. I add some raspberries and natural blueberry jam.

For the "jam" simply put a handful of blueberries in a glass and put them in the microwave for 1 minute.

You can substitute vegetable drink for milk and whole wheat flour for oatmeal.
