Strawberry and chocolate ice cream biscuits

Mix 2 eggs, 5 dates, a small handful of cashew nuts, 4 tablespoons of oat flour, a teaspoon of oil and 7 grams of yeast, beat everything until you obtain a mixture that is not too thick.

Put in the oven at a medium temperature for about 10 minutes approx. I made the shape with a spoon.

Once outside, mash the strawberries with a fork until they are about the size of jam. Place a layer on top of the cake.

Melt 4 ounces of chocolate and put it on top. Put about 15 minutes in the freezer so that the chocolate gets crunchy and it's ready!!!😋😋
