Clean and peel the vegetables, cut in fine brunoise. Fry in a frying pan with a little olive oil.

Add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper.

When the meat is sautéed, add the red wine and let it evaporate. Add the tomatoes, mix, cover and cook for half an hour. If necessary add honey or a sweetener to remove the acidity of the tomatoes.

When it is almost ready you can add a little oregano and basil to taste.
