Cut the turkey breast into more or less large squares, put it in a bowl 🥣, season to taste and add the teaspoon of garam masala. Stir well and set aside.

Peel the apple 🍎, cut it into small cubes and set aside on a plate. On the other hand, peel the garlic, cut it into small pieces and a quarter of an onion finely chopped.

In a large non-stick frying pan put about 2 tablespoons of EVOO, heat and start frying the garlic, lower the heat a little and when it is a little golden brown, add the onion and stir well. Cover.

Add the apple and leave over medium-low heat until it poaches, cover the pan again (I added a pinch of salt in this step).

Add the turkey that we have reserved in the 🥣 and sauté well, until it turns golden brown.

Once the turkey is browned, add half a can of coconut milk (previously shaken), stir well and add two tablespoons of curry 🤗. We leave over medium high heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally (I leave a photo so you can see the texture of the sauce).

Once ready let it rest for a few minutes, in my case I accompanied it with cous cous, but with basmati rice would be the best💖. I hope you like it!
