When the potatoes come out we wait 5 minutes so we don't burn our fingers and then we start to peel them. Put the apple in a steamer in the microwave for 4 minutes. Let's prepare the grilled sausages. We put a pan on the fire with a little olive oil and let them cook. Cut into squares of 2 cm more or less.

Take a bowl and cut the potatoes in halves or quarters and put them in the bowl. Take the olives and add them to the bowl. When the apple is done, take it out of the steamer and wait a couple of minutes. Cut it into small squares and add it to the bowl along with the sausages.

Now we only need to make the mayonnaise. If you have it that is good processed much better. If not, put 190 grams of oil, 1 egg, a little salt and a little lemon juice in the blender and blend everything together without lifting the blender from the base. When you see that you already have it but you have some oil on top, move the mixer up and down until it is integrated.

When the mayonnaise is ready, add the mustard and stir. I added a little water to make it easier to integrate with the potatoes, but it is optional.
