Peel the apple and cucumbers and chop (I left a little piece of cucumber skin because they say that it does not repeat and gives a little more color to the cream) I add a clove of garlic without the nerve, if you like it stronger, or if it is small, you can add 2. Also add the natural yogurt, three mint leaves and half a glass of water.

We grind everything well, add a pinch of salt, and put it back to grind hard and gradually add the oil to emulsify and get a super smooth texture.

Serve and enjoy. As a topping I have put a little bit of almond crocanti q I had and the sweet contrast is great, but you can put whatever you like.
