Rice noodles with beef and vegetables

Soak the noodles for 10 minutes, covering them completely with water.

Peel and cut the vegetables into sticks; finely chop the onion.

In a frying pan fry the onion, add the vegetables and sprinkle with soy sauce to taste. Add the vegetable broth and cook for a few minutes.

Then add the veal cut into strips, salt, stir and add a small glass of red wine.

Once the wine has evaporated, add the noodles and cook until they are ready (if necessary, add a little more hot broth).
