Wash the dates, pit them and soak them in water.

Wash the quinces very well and cut into pieces, pour into a saucepan.

Add the dates with the water, cinnamon, chia and the juice of one lemon to the pot.

We boil everything until the quinces are soft and once this is so, we pass the blender until we get the desired texture.

Pour the hot marmalade into glass jars and turn them upside down until it cools down, thus creating a vacuum. We already have ready the homemade jam super good and healthy.
