We make the BBQ sauce: we introduce the dates in a glass of water for 2' in the microwave to be able to bone them and beat all the ingredients until we obtain a homogeneous mixture. Once the sauce is ready, cut the ribs in the portions that you think are necessary (I made 6 portions) and paint the ribs with the sauce until they are well impregnated. Let them rest in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, preheat the oven to 180°C. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them in a baking dish. Bake for 2 hours at 180°C.

After 2 hours, remove the paper and cook them again for 10 minutes at the same temperature, and that's it! Delicious. I accompanied them with baked deluxe potatoes.
