Mark the loin (already seasoned with salt and pepper) over high heat in a frying pan with a drizzle of EVOO. For a couple of minutes on both sides.

Reserve the tenderloin, and lower the temperature of the frying pan. Add the cream and the cheese (if we cut it into small cubes it will melt better). And melt the cheese with the cream over low heat.

When the previous step is done, add the loin that we had reserved and let the cream and the loin finish cooking. For about 10 minutes over medium heat.

And ready!!! Serve and garnish with parsley on top 馃憣馃徏馃憣馃徏
