Chop the vegetables and poach the onion with a little salt, first. Until it changes color.

Add the carrot, potato, half a glass of water and half a glass of milk (you can use whatever milk you like).

Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are soft. Approximately 15 mins. When it is ready we beat.

Salt and pepper the scallops. To serve in a deep dish the puree and the scallops on top.
