On a silicone base or baking paper, make some pancakes with the feta cheese and put them in your air fryer for 6 minutes at 200 degrees.

While the feta cheese is cooking, wash and peel the cucumber and carrot. Using a vegetable peeler, grate the cucumber and carrot into thin strips.

3. In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese and chia seeds. This will be your homemade protein probolone cheese.

In another small bowl, mix the ketchup, mayonnaise sauce, ketchup and apple cider vinegar to make the cocktail sauce.

Once the feta cheese has finished cooking, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes.

Assemble your toast by placing the feta pancake on a plate, and topping it with the cucumber and carrot shavings. Top with the provolone cheese and coktail sauce, and that's it! And that's it!
