Wash and put the peppers in airfryer with very little oil and salt to taste cook 15 minutes at 160 degrees. The peppers will explode a little but it's not a drama 馃槀. 3 minutes before complete cooking add the hot paprika (not before to avoid burning). When they come out add the lemon zest (you can use lime too) and that's it! A healthier and novel alternative
