First we roast the pumpkin so that it is soft. I did it in the microwave in the lekue. We mash it with a fork to a puree and add the flour and yeast.

Then add the water little by little and mix until the dough is a little sticky but not too sticky. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for two hours.

After that time, put the dough in a baking dish and add the toppings: put the olives and cherries, sinking them a little in the dough but still showing. Cover again for another hour.

Preheat the oven to 220, introduce the focaccia and leave it for about 30 minutes. This will depend a little on each oven so it is better to check that it does not burn too much.
