Cut a semi-hard cheese into sticks. I used Masdaam.

Crush the cornflakes and dip each stick first in the beaten egg and then in the cereals. Do this twice, repeating the process. Spice the egg to taste with a little salt and pepper before dipping the cheese.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and bake for about 3 minutes.

Makes about 5 sticks. If you want to make more, double the quantity. 😋
