Papaya and cashew nut yogurt

Leave the cashew nuts to soak for 3-8 hours before grinding them.

Mix the oat drink with the orange juice, the water and the Agar Agar. Put the mixture in a saucepan on the fire and when it starts to boil, lower the heat and leave it for 3 minutes. Then remove from the heat to cool.

Drain the cashews, rinse them and grind them together with the chopped papaya (about 350-400gr as I left the rest for decoration) and the coconut oil, and give it the consistency we want.

We mix everything and whisk. Serve in small glasses and wait for it to cool.

* The topping can be according to taste, but it can be decorated with coconut slices, papaya pieces and even a little bit of cinnamon that will stick very well to the mixture.
