Preheat the oven to 200º C

Cut the pancakes into triangles and place them on the baking sheet with parchment paper and bake until golden brown and crispy. Turn off the oven and put the slices of Havarti cheese on top of the hot pancakes to melt.

In a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, add the minced meat and salt and pepper, when it is ready, add the tomato sauce and mix.

Chop the tomato and onion finely and mix with the guacamole.

Place the nachos on a platter, along with the meat and the guacamole and enjoy!
