Salt and flour the veal. In the pressure cooker, add EVOO and when it is hot, seal the veal and set aside.

Then we add the smashed potato, the piece of bell pepper, the carrot in pieces, the onion and the piece of leek and we let them cook with what is left of the veal in the pot.

Add the veal cubes together with the white wine and let it reduce completely. Then add the chicken broth and incorporate the sweet paprika de la Vera and the bay leaves or the leaf.

When it boils, close the pot 23' and let it cool down.

We blend the green bell pepper, the leek and the onion with a little broth. Put it back into the pot and stir.

Then we incorporated peas and green beans. As it was very brothy, I left it over medium-low heat so that the peas and green beans would cook and thicken.

After 20 minutes of medium-low heat, it is thickened and the vegetables and legumes are tender.
