Ingredients: - 1 grated carrot - 3 eggs - 1 cup of oat flakes - 1 chicken breast (whole) boiled and chopped - Spices: oregano, salt, garlic powder and black pepper. - Parsley - Firm cheese, not too fatty (15% approx.), cut in cubes.

Grate a carrot.

Place in a bowl, along with the grated carrot, 3 beaten eggs, 1 cup of whole oat flakes, 1 cooked and chopped chicken breast, a handful of parsley and some spices (garlic powder, salt, black pepper and oregano). Mix well.

Make small balls with your hands and flatten them to put the small piece of cheese inside. Close them well and place them on a baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy!
