To cook fresh white asparagus, first wash them well and peel them, like a carrot. Boil water with a handful of salt and put them in standing tied together for about 15-20 min. Then turn them upside down and leave them for 10 minutes. Once ready, drain and let them cool.

In a bowl or plate, pour the lettuce mix, the chopped cherries and the sweet corn, and place the asparagus, with some walnuts on top. Dress and ready.
