Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the pancakes in a greased baking dish so that they cover the entire surface. Put them in the oven for about 10 minutes until they are crispy.

We fry the onion and when it is ready we add the spinach (little by little so that they lose the water). Then add the raisins and mushrooms.

Beat the eggs and add black pepper, parmesan cheese, goat cheese and salt.

Let the spinach and onion cool and then pour them into the egg.

Pour the mixture into the dish we have prepared with the pancakes.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes (when the cheese is golden brown). ATTENTION: Be careful not to burn the cakes.
