First of all we preheat the oven to 180 degrees. And we put the dates in water. Then we make a date paste.

Then put all the dry products in a bowl and mix well. In another bowl put the liquids. That is the eggs, the milk, the oil and also the date paste and beat. Once beaten all together we incorporate the previous mixture until it is all together and homogeneous. Finally add the chopped hazelnuts and mix with a spatula.

Grease a mold or put baking paper and add all the mixture. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. When the time is up, prick to see if the cake is done inside and if not, leave it for 5 more minutes. Take it out and let it cool!
