Boil the eggs

Dice the avocado, peel and chop the prawns and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Put the bag of tender sprouts in a salad bowl and add prawns, avocado, tomatoes and beet strips. Once the eggs are cooked, dice 2 and add to the salad.

It can be seasoned in different ways, here at home we have done it with a homemade mustard sauce or simply oil and vinegar.

To decorate the dish (we are in Christmas time) a prawn and use the third boiled egg.
