Chicken cannelloni with zucchini béchamel sauce

In a frying pan put a little olive oil and add the chopped onion. Then add the carrot, also chopped, and when it is browned, add the minced meat and brown it, turning it around and around. Finally we add the crushed tomato and we put it to slow fire until there is no juice left.

For the béchamel sauce we put in a pot the half chopped zucchini with the glass of milk and we add the cumin and we cook it about 10 minutes on low heat and then we pass it through the blender and we will have a kind of sauce. Set aside.

Preheat the oven. In a baking dish fill the cannelloni with the minced meat. On top put a little fried tomato, the zucchini bechamel sauce and grated mozzarella.

We introduce the tray in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees and the last 2 minutes we put the grill function to gratinate the cheese.
