Homemade banana and Nutella toast

While you heat a little coconut oil in the pan, cut the plantain into slices.

On the other side you toast a slice. Once the oil is hot make the plantain slices in the pan on both sides.

When they are golden brown, place them on the toast. On top you can add cinnamon, nuts and Nutella (recipe in my profile, made with hazelnuts, pure cocoa and natural stevia).
