Put a pot of water to boil, clean the chard well, and peel and hull the potatoes.

When the water is boiling add the salt and the potatoes.

Add the chard and let it boil for about 10 minutes (check that the potato is done by pricking it with a fork).

While the chard is cooking, put the oil in a frying pan and brown a couple of cloves of garlic.

Once the chard is cooked, drain it. When they are drained, put them back in the pot over low heat. Add the oil with which we have fried the garlic and it is time to add the spices we like. I usually add a little garlic powder, sweet paprika and black pepper.
