The first thing to do is to cook the eggs (approx. 13-15min). Then we cool them, peel them and cut them in half.

Remove the yolks and set them aside. The next step is to mix them with the guacamole.

The guacamole can be purchased or homemade. If we buy it we can add vegetables such as onion or diced tomato.

Once the yolks have been mixed with the guacamole, fill the egg halves.

The last step is the decorative topping, which will be to taste of each one (cherry, grated carrot, olives...) Then we put it in the fridge and serve it very fresh.
