Preparación de la receta
1
Prepare the dough: pour the flour in a saucepan or on the worktop, make a hole in the middle, add the salt at the edges, add the warm water in the center with the previously dissolved yeast and the olive oil, make the dough integrating everything from the center to the outside. Cover with a cloth and let it rise.
2
Meanwhile, prepare the grapes: wash them, remove the stalk and cut them in half.
3
Also prepare the onion: peel it, cut it in half and then cut it into thin slices.
4
When the dough doubles in size, we form two buns and stretch them by hand to shape our pizzas.
5
Place the pizzas on a baking sheet with a little oil. If you have a baking stone and a shovel, simply flour the shovel so that the dough slides well.
6
Place the mozzarella and parmesan cheese, then spread the grapes on our pizzas, followed by the red onion.
7
Place the rosemary, vinegar and a dash of EVOO in a mortar and pestle and pound to season.
8
Bake at 250 degrees Celsius with the oven previously heated.
9
Once ready, remove from the oven and drizzle with a little honey and serve.
10
Enjoy your delicious pizza!
