Wash the seeds well and dry them with a cloth. Preheat the oven to 180° in Grill mode.

In a dish, add a splash of oil, and stir all the seeds so that they are well impregnated with oil. We also add the spices we like and a pinch of salt on top of the seeds.

We put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°-200° in grill mode and that's it.
