For the dough. Mix the water and the oil for 1 minute at 37°C. Then add the flour, salt and yeast and knead for 1 minute (I do it with Thermomix, if not food processor is to mix all the ingredients and knead. Then let stand at least 30 minutes.

After resting stretch the dough and add the ingredients: First fried tomato, then the cheeses and then the rest of the ingredients. Finally add a little oregano and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 230°C.
